Brad is a chartered engineer with a background in both structural engineering and project management. He works across our residential projects, as well as getting involved in any commercial elements.

Edward has 30 years’ experience in investment banking and fund management. As our chairman he keeps a watchful eye on our relationships with investors, governance, as well as overseeing human resources.

Whether he’s leading the acquisition and funding of a project, or the design, consultation, planning and procurement, Damien is involved in every part of our business from start to finish. An architect by training, he brings agile thinking, problem solving skills, an eye for design, technical accuracy and efficient delivery to the team.

Having worked for various investment and development firms before joining HUB, Gordon’s focus now is on sourcing land, appraising, and financial reporting.

Isabel is a chartered town planner who has experience in a range of residential and commercial projects in and around London. She continues to use this knowledge to support acquisitions and the development process at HUB.

Jen is a qualified architect with experience across large scale developments. With knowledge of projects from early design and stakeholder engagement through to completion, she works closely with consultants and contractors across the development process.

Kate has a background in branding, having led the development of some of the UK’s most innovative property brands. She leads on all HUB’s marketing and communications.

Lorna is an ACA qualified chartered accountant who brings her skills in customer-focused service and key reporting requirements to the team.

After working for multinationals in real estate and the industrial and service sectors, Marcio’s experience of corporate finance is key to HUB. He brings his 20 years' expertise in financial analysis, funding structuring, planning, reporting and compliance to every part of our business. Marcio is a CFA charterholder.

Tim has a combined 25 years of development experience across both residential and commercial which he brings to his role as COO of HUB.

Tom works to source and acquire development opportunities. His experience of large complex mixed-use schemes has made him passionate about finding and delivering sites that make places better for people.

As an architect, Tom has worked with some of the UK’s leading practices. Having been part of a diverse mix of projects in London, Tom has the experience to work alongside design consultants as well as contractors, ensuring that our projects are always design-led.

Tom is a chartered surveyor who has worked in acquiring and delivering mixed-use regeneration schemes, which continues to be his focus at HUB. Tom also leads on our People and Planet working group.

Victoria is a chartered town planner who has worked for a number of housebuilders on projects ranging from high-density mixed-use developments to heritage-led housing schemes in parkland settings. Her experience and skill allows her to work across the whole process, from acquisition to delivery.

Gerry is a consummate professional and the beating heart of HUB. She oversees office operations working closely with our directors and assisting Edward on all regulatory and compliance matters.

Madeleine, from Sydney, Australia, has a background in residential development management. She uses her experience to support the HUB team, while simultaneously pursuing ongoing studies.

Sunil has a strong accounting background with previous experience in the residential sector. He is responsible for the delivery of all property finance reports on HUB’s investments.

Miles has re-joined us to help set up HUB Capital, an investment vehicle focused on smaller scale, fast moving residential-led opportunities. Miles is developing this part of the business to broaden HUB’s offer and enhance our reach.
