HUB is pleased to have joined the British Property Federation (BPF)'s working group on ESG.

For a progressive developer specialising in BTR, developing an ESG framework is essential yet complex. Our People and Planet pledge is taking shape, and we anticipate an ongoing process of evolution as the residential sector, and the emerging BTR subsector, make sense of policies, benchmarks, technologies and targets.

The BPF has already published some very useful guidance on ESG. We believe that collaboration is essential to this crucial area, so we are pleased to be able to join their residential ESG working group to help develop this further.
