We're pleased to share that we are collaborating with MARK for the first time on an exciting BTR scheme in the city of Birmingham.

The site, 2 Snow Hill Plaza, will be redeveloped into built-to-rent homes as well as public realm and mixed ground-floor commercial space.

Continuing our expansion to key lifestyle cities in the UK, as well as in London, the acquisition marks our second scheme in Birmingham since securing planning consent for our Digbeth site in 2020.

Acquisition Manager at HUB Tom Starkey said: “Following a successful 2021 in which Hub completed four acquisitions, we are carrying this momentum into 2022 with our first deal with MARK. We hope to build on this relationship with further acquisitions in the future.”
