We have secured a forward funding agreement with investors Realstar and Quadreal for our Latitude Purple development in Leeds.

The scheme, which comprises 463 build-to-rent homes across two blocks, will become the seventh Uncle building in the UK.

Situated at the centre of an emerging mixed-use neighbourhood on Whitehall Road, the scheme will be built on one of the two adjoining sites acquired by HUB and Bridges from Bam Properties for £12m in January this year. The site is near Leeds railway station, offering access to both regional and national routes.

Construction on the site will start immediately, with Sisk as main contractor. The project is expected to complete in spring 2024
