Yesterday, we celebrated the official topping out of Wembley Link Phase 2, our second project in the area, funded in partnership with Bridges Fund Management and Realstar Group. The scheme is located alongside Wembley Link Phase 1, which completed in April 2020 and is now home to a thriving rental community.

The new building was designed by Glenn Howells Architects, and will deliver 256 homes to rent alongside new gardens and public realm.

Progress on site is strong and we look forward to completion in 2023.
