Latitude Blue

Latitude Blue is our second phase at the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks, a mixed-tenure housing scheme in a canalside location.  There will be new public realm and retail, and the scheme will eventually link to the city centre via the 'Holbeck Viaduct Project'.

AHMM completes 513-unit residential development in Croydon
