Water St, Leith

This historic whisky bond within the Leith conservation area is in a fabulous location near the waterfront and tram stop. Our plan is to repurpose the building, which is currently used as a warehouse and workshop, transforming it to low carbon accommodation. Proposals include a roof extension and new landscaping, improving the streetscape and giving this corner of Leith a sensitive facelift.

Key facts

Roof extension and new courtyard

Low impact structural solutions and material palette
